Lower Lid Blepharoplasty
Addressing excess skin and fullness of the lower lid with surgery, CO₂ laser, or a combination of both.
Book a ConsultationExcess skin of the lower lid can be managed with surgery, CO₂ laser or a combination of both. Where skin excess is the primary concern, a lower lid procedure can improve the eye area. Where there is fullness of the eyelid area — often referred to as an 'eyebag' — a general anaesthetic procedure may be required to fully address the concern. This is assessed and discussed in detail at your consultation.

- Approach tailored to your concern — surgery, CO₂ laser, or both
- Skin-only concerns are often treated under local anaesthetic
- Fuller 'eyebag' concerns may require a general anaesthetic procedure
- Bruising and swelling typically settle over around two weeks
- Your surgeon will confirm the right approach for you at consultation
